Due to the fact that the development area as well as the whole area around it are characterized by high landscape values, the main design idea was to open the objects to the surroundings as much as possible and get the best view, especially from hotel apartments. The facades are as glazed as possible. On each floor of the building from the first floor up there are balconies secured with glass barriers, so as not to disturb the beautiful view. The floor plan adds lightness and dynamism to building blocks. Makes objects look different from every perspective. In addition, the glazed ground floor of buildings A and B is designed to add lightness to objects and achieve a water-over-the-water effect.
